Position: Guest Service Agent
Qualifications:
- Experience in front desk or guest service roles in hotels, with excellent guest care
- Strong communication skills, polite demeanour and professional presentation
- Familiarity with reservation systems and basic administrative tasks
- Ability to handle guest enquiries, check-ins/outs and concierge requests efficiently
- Team player who can work flexible shifts including weekends and public holidays
