Qualifications:

• Experience in front desk or guest service roles in hotels, with excellent guest care
• Strong communication skills, polite demeanour and professional presentation
• Familiarity with reservation systems and basic administrative tasks
• Ability to handle guest enquiries, check-ins/outs and concierge requests efficiently
• Team player who can work flexible shifts including weekends and public holidays
