Position: Restaurant Manager
Qualifications:
- Experience managing restaurant operations in a hotel or upscale outlet
- Strong guest service orientation and staff supervision skills
- Ability to manage reservations, service flow and guest recovery
- Good communication and leadership with a focus on revenue and quality
- Familiarity with POS systems and F&B cost controls is an advantage
