Position: Restaurant Manager

Qualifications:

• Experience managing restaurant operations in a hotel or upscale outlet
• Strong guest service orientation and staff supervision skills
• Ability to manage reservations, service flow and guest recovery
• Good communication and leadership with a focus on revenue and quality
• Familiarity with POS systems and F&B cost controls is an advantage
