• Experience in hostess or guest-facing F&B roles preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English and Bahasa
• Professional appearance, friendly demeanor and guest-focused attitude
• Ability to manage seating, reservations and support service staff
• Reliable, punctual and able to work flexible shifts
