Position: Director of Sales / Asst. Director of Sales

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Tourism & Hospitality Management or related field
• Minimum 5 years of sales management experience, or at least 2 years in a similar capacity with proven records
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and hotel PMS (Opera preferred)
• Strong commercial awareness, negotiation and account management skills
• Ability to develop sales strategies and lead a sales team to achieve revenue targets
