Position: Learning & Development Coordinator

Qualifications:

  • A degree in Human Resources, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a training or L&D role, preferably in hospitality.
  • Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • A genuine passion for employee growth and development.
