Position: Guest Service Agent (Mandarin Speaker)

Qualifications:

• Must be fluent in both Mandarin and English to assist a diverse range of guests.
• Previous experience in a Front Office or guest service role in the hotel industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in hotel Property Management Systems (PMS).
• A strong commitment to providing outstanding guest satisfaction.
