Position: Guest Service Agent (Mandarin Speaker)
Qualifications:
- Must be fluent in both Mandarin and English to assist a diverse range of guests.
- Previous experience in a Front Office or guest service role in the hotel industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in hotel Property Management Systems (PMS).
- A strong commitment to providing outstanding guest satisfaction.
