Position: Assistant Manager Restaurant
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a supervisory or assistant manager role in a fine dining restaurant or luxury hotel.
- Strong knowledge of F&B operations, service standards, and wine & spirits.
- Excellent leadership, training, and team management skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with guests and staff.
- Ability to manage daily restaurant operations, including scheduling, inventory, and guest relations.
