Position: Assistant Manager Restaurant

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a supervisory or assistant manager role in a fine dining restaurant or luxury hotel.
• Strong knowledge of F&B operations, service standards, and wine & spirits.
• Excellent leadership, training, and team management skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with guests and staff.
• Ability to manage daily restaurant operations, including scheduling, inventory, and guest relations.
