Position: Restaurant Manager
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role within a luxury hotel.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a service team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Strong knowledge of F&B operations, fine dining service standards, and wine knowledge.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Financial understanding of P&L statements, budgeting, and cost control.
