Position: Restaurant Manager

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role within a luxury hotel.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a service team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Strong knowledge of F&B operations, fine dining service standards, and wine knowledge.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Financial understanding of P&L statements, budgeting, and cost control.
