Position: Front Office Supervisor (25146825)
Qualifications:
- Experience in a supervisory role within the Front Office of a luxury hotel or resort.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate Front Office staff.
- Excellent communication and guest service skills.
- Proficient in Property Management Systems (PMS).
- Ability to handle guest issues effectively and ensure a seamless check-in/check-out experience.
