Position: DW Commis
Qualifications:
- Minimum high school (SMA/SMK) graduate or vocational certificate in Culinary or related field.
- Assist in the preparation and cooking of food items according to hotel standards and recipes.
- Support senior chefs in daily operations, including mise en place.
- Ensure kitchen areas and equipment are kept clean and hygienic.
- Basic knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen hygiene.
- A team player with a passion for cooking.
