Qualifications:

• Minimum high school (SMA/SMK) graduate or vocational certificate in Culinary or related field.
• Assist in the preparation and cooking of food items according to hotel standards and recipes.
• Support senior chefs in daily operations, including mise en place.
• Ensure kitchen areas and equipment are kept clean and hygienic.
• Basic knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen hygiene.
• A team player with a passion for cooking.
