Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Sous Chef or senior Chef de Partie
- Strong skills in culinary arts and kitchen operations
- Ability to assist the Executive Chef in managing the kitchen team
- Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices
- Passionate about creating high-quality dishes for guests
