Kimpton Suntaya Bali Ubud is a stunning new luxury resort preparing for its grand opening in the heart of Ubud, Bali. As a signature destination, we are introducing two world class Japanese dining experiences, Shaku (a contemporary Izakaya den) and Imamura Ubud (an Omakase journey). Position: Demi-Chef

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience as a Demi Chef or senior Commis Chef.
  • Good understanding of basic culinary techniques.
  • Experience in Japanese kitchen operations is preferred.
  • Ability to support the Chef De Partie in station management.
  • Willingness to learn and grow within the culinary team.
  • Strong work ethic and reliability.
  • Adherence to all food safety and hygiene protocols.
