Position: Jr. Sous Chef

Qualifications:

  • Culinary degree or equivalent professional training.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role within a 5-star hotel kitchen.
  • Strong culinary techniques and a passion for creating high-quality dishes.
  • Good understanding of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen management.
  • Leadership potential with the ability to supervise a kitchen section.
