Position: Guest Experience Officer
Qualifications:
- Candidate must be in the same role or a similar position for at least 1 year.
- Experience in a 4/5-star hotel is required.
- Able to speak English with good written and spoken communication skills.
- Familiar with VHP system.
- Confident, highly motivated, and works with passion.
