Position: Sous Chef – Italian Cuisine
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef or senior Chef de Partie, specializing in Italian cuisine.

- Strong leadership, training, and team management skills.
- Ability to maintain the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.
