Position: Chinese Sous-chef
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a Chinese kitchen, with supervisory experience.
- In-depth expertise in various regional Chinese cuisines.
- Strategic and creative mindset for menu development.
- Strong communication skills in English and ability to lead a team.
- Indonesian Nationality, highly motivated, and able to join immediately.
