Position: F&B Manager
Qualifications:
- Male & Female candidates are welcome.
- Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Hospitality, Food & Beverage, Management, or related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Hotel F&B, including 3 years as an Assistant Manager or F&B Manager.
- Strong knowledge of hotel restaurant operations with multiple outlets.
- Target-oriented with a proven record of achieving F&B revenue goals.
- Good command of English (spoken and written); other foreign languages are an advantage.
- Familiar with Power Pro system is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with digital tools.
