Position: RnD Chef (Gading Serpong)

Responsibilities:

  • Research, develop, and test new menu items and recipes for the kitchen.
  • Analyze market trends to identify new culinary opportunities and concepts.
  • Standardize recipes and preparation methods to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Collaborate with the Head Chef to manage food costing and sourcing of ingredients.
  • Conduct tastings and gather feedback for menu refinement.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a Research and Development culinary role.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
  • Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Customer-oriented with a positive attitude.
  • Creative and innovative with a passion for developing new menu items.
  • HACCP knowledge is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of food costing and kitchen management.
