Position: RnD Chef (Gading Serpong)
Responsibilities:
- Research, develop, and test new menu items and recipes for the kitchen.
- Analyze market trends to identify new culinary opportunities and concepts.
- Standardize recipes and preparation methods to ensure consistency and quality.
- Collaborate with the Head Chef to manage food costing and sourcing of ingredients.
- Conduct tastings and gather feedback for menu refinement.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a Research and Development culinary role.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Customer-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Creative and innovative with a passion for developing new menu items.
- HACCP knowledge is a plus.
- Strong understanding of food costing and kitchen management.
