Position: Commis (Gading Serpong)

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation and cooking of food items as directed by senior chefs.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area.
  • Follow recipes and presentation specifications accurately.
  • Organize and prepare ingredients for use in cooking (mise en place).
  • Learn and develop skills across different sections of the kitchen.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Commis Chef or Cook.
  • Well-groomed with a positive attitude.
  • Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Eager to learn and develop culinary skills.
  • Basic knowledge of cooking techniques and food safety standards.
  • HACCP knowledge is a plus.
  • Ability to follow instructions from senior chefs.
