Position: Commis (Gading Serpong)
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and cooking of food items as directed by senior chefs.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area.
- Follow recipes and presentation specifications accurately.
- Organize and prepare ingredients for use in cooking (mise en place).
- Learn and develop skills across different sections of the kitchen.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Commis Chef or Cook.
- Well-groomed with a positive attitude.
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Eager to learn and develop culinary skills.
- Basic knowledge of cooking techniques and food safety standards.
- HACCP knowledge is a plus.
- Ability to follow instructions from senior chefs.
