Position: Head Pastry & Baker (Tanjung Duren)

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage all operations of the pastry and bakery department.
  • Oversee the daily production of all pastries, cakes, breads, and desserts.
  • Develop new menu items and seasonal specials in collaboration with the R&D team.
  • Control inventory, manage food costs, and place orders for supplies.
  • Train, mentor, and supervise the pastry and bakery team.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Head Pastry Chef or similar leadership role.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Expertise in a wide range of pastry, dessert, and baking techniques.
  • Creative flair and passion for high-quality product creation.
  • HACCP knowledge is a plus.
  • Strong skills in menu development, costing, and inventory management.
