Position: Head Pastry & Baker (Tanjung Duren)
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all operations of the pastry and bakery department.
- Oversee the daily production of all pastries, cakes, breads, and desserts.
- Develop new menu items and seasonal specials in collaboration with the R&D team.
- Control inventory, manage food costs, and place orders for supplies.
- Train, mentor, and supervise the pastry and bakery team.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Head Pastry Chef or similar leadership role.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Expertise in a wide range of pastry, dessert, and baking techniques.
- Creative flair and passion for high-quality product creation.
- HACCP knowledge is a plus.
- Strong skills in menu development, costing, and inventory management.
