Position: CDP Pastry & Baker (Tanjung Duren)

Responsibilities:

• Manage a specific section within the pastry and bakery kitchen.
• Prepare and produce a variety of high-quality pastries, desserts, and breads.
• Ensure all products meet established standards of quality and presentation.
• Assist the Head Pastry Chef in training junior staff.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work station.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a CDP Pastry or Baker.
• Well-groomed with good communication skills.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Customer-oriented with a positive attitude.
• Proficient in making a variety of pastries, cakes, and breads.
• HACCP knowledge is a plus.
• Able to supervise junior staff and manage a section.
