Position: CDP Pastry & Baker (Tanjung Duren)
Responsibilities:
- Manage a specific section within the pastry and bakery kitchen.
- Prepare and produce a variety of high-quality pastries, desserts, and breads.
- Ensure all products meet established standards of quality and presentation.
- Assist the Head Pastry Chef in training junior staff.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work station.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a CDP Pastry or Baker.
- Well-groomed with good communication skills.
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Customer-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Proficient in making a variety of pastries, cakes, and breads.
- HACCP knowledge is a plus.
- Able to supervise junior staff and manage a section.
