Position: Commis Pastry (Tanjung Duren)

Responsibilities:

• Assist senior pastry chefs in the preparation and production of desserts, pastries, and cakes.
• Follow recipes and presentation standards with attention to detail.
• Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the pastry kitchen.
• Support the team with mise en place and other assigned tasks.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Commis Pastry.
• Well-groomed with a positive attitude.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Passionate about pastry and eager to learn.
• Basic knowledge of pastry techniques and recipes.
• HACCP knowledge is a plus.
• Ability to work neatly and efficiently as part of a team.
