Position: Commis Pastry (Tanjung Duren)
Responsibilities:
- Assist senior pastry chefs in the preparation and production of desserts, pastries, and cakes.
- Follow recipes and presentation standards with attention to detail.
- Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the pastry kitchen.
- Support the team with mise en place and other assigned tasks.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Commis Pastry.
- Well-groomed with a positive attitude.
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Passionate about pastry and eager to learn.
- Basic knowledge of pastry techniques and recipes.
- HACCP knowledge is a plus.
- Ability to work neatly and efficiently as part of a team.
