Position: Commis Baker (Tanjung Duren)

Responsibilities:

• Assist senior bakers in the preparation and baking of various bread, rolls, and other baked goods.
• Follow recipes for mixing, kneading, and shaping dough.
• Operate and monitor ovens to ensure proper baking.
• Maintain a clean and organized baking station and equipment.
• Help with inventory and stocking of baking supplies.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Commis Baker.
• Well-groomed with a positive attitude.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Passionate about baking and eager to learn.
• Basic knowledge of bread making, doughs, and fermentation.
• HACCP knowledge is a plus.
• Ability to follow recipes accurately and consistently.
