Position: Duty Manager
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the hotel’s front office operations during shifts, ensuring a smooth guest experience.
- Act as the Manager on Duty, handling guest inquiries, requests, and resolving any issues or complaints.
- Supervise front desk agents, concierges, and bell staff, providing guidance and support.
- Conduct regular inspections of the lobby and public areas to ensure they meet hotel standards.
- Coordinate with other departments, such as Housekeeping and Engineering, to address guest needs.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a front office supervisory role (e.g., Assistant Manager, Supervisor) in a 5-star hotel.
- In-depth knowledge of front office procedures, including check-in/check-out, billing, and guest services.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for guest satisfaction.
- Proficient in hotel Property Management Systems (PMS), such as Opera.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
- Fluent in English.
