Position: Resort Ambassador Runner (Daily Worker)
Responsibilities:
- Assist Resort Ambassadors with guest arrivals and departures, including handling luggage.
- Deliver messages, packages, and other items to guest rooms promptly and courteously.
- Provide guests with information about the resort facilities and local attractions.
- Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the lobby and front office areas.
- Support the front office team with various administrative and operational tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a hotel front office or guest service role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and positive attitude.
- Well-groomed with a professional appearance.
- Physically fit and able to handle luggage and stand for extended periods.
- Familiar with the Sanur area is an advantage.
- Willing to work flexible hours.
- Fresh graduates from hospitality schools are encouraged to apply.
