Position: Purchasing Manager
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Purchasing Manager or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of vendor sourcing practices, negotiation, and networking.
- Excellent analytical and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in purchasing software and MS Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to manage budgets and control costs effectively.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
