Position: Front Office Supervisor
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a supervisory role within the Front Office department.
- Proficiency in hotel Property Management Systems (PMS), preferably Opera.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to guide the front desk team.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a passion for guest service.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Ability to handle guest check-ins, check-outs, and inquiries efficiently.
