Position: Restaurant Manager – Oliverra
Responsibilities:
- Manage all daily operations of the Oliverra restaurant, ensuring seamless service from opening to closing.
- Lead, train, and motivate the restaurant team to deliver an exceptional fine-dining experience.
- Oversee inventory, manage budgets, and implement cost-control measures to maximize profitability.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Handle guest feedback and inquiries with professionalism to ensure high levels of guest satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in a luxury hotel or high-end dining establishment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of F&B operations, including wine, spirits, and fine dining service protocols.
- Proven financial acumen with experience in budgeting and P&L management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
