Position: Restaurant Manager – Oliverra

Responsibilities:

• Manage all daily operations of the Oliverra restaurant, ensuring seamless service from opening to closing.
• Lead, train, and motivate the restaurant team to deliver an exceptional fine-dining experience.
• Oversee inventory, manage budgets, and implement cost-control measures to maximize profitability.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Handle guest feedback and inquiries with professionalism to ensure high levels of guest satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in a luxury hotel or high-end dining establishment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• In-depth knowledge of F&B operations, including wine, spirits, and fine dining service protocols.
• Proven financial acumen with experience in budgeting and P&L management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
