Position: Bartender
Responsibilities:
- Deliver a wide range of services as a Guest Service Expert to ensure guests have a memorable and unique experience.
- Prepare and serve beverages, interact with guests, and maintain a clean and well-stocked bar area.
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen and other service staff to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Uphold all company policies, safety procedures, and quality standards with a professional appearance and communication style.
- Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is preferred.
- Related Work Experience: Less than 1 year of related work experience is preferred.
- A passion for mixology and delivering exceptional guest service in a luxury environment.
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
- A creative, thoughtful, and compassionate approach to hospitality.
- No prior supervisory experience is required.
