Position: Bartender

Responsibilities:

• Deliver a wide range of services as a Guest Service Expert to ensure guests have a memorable and unique experience.
• Prepare and serve beverages, interact with guests, and maintain a clean and well-stocked bar area.
• Communicate effectively with the kitchen and other service staff to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Uphold all company policies, safety procedures, and quality standards with a professional appearance and communication style.
• Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance.

Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is preferred.
• Related Work Experience: Less than 1 year of related work experience is preferred.
• A passion for mixology and delivering exceptional guest service in a luxury environment.
• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
• A creative, thoughtful, and compassionate approach to hospitality.
• No prior supervisory experience is required.
