Position: Server / Waiter

Responsibilities:

• Act as a Guest Service Expert to build a memorable and unique dining experience for guests.
• Take initiative and deliver a wide range of services, including setting tables, interacting with and serving guests, and communicating with the kitchen.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and ensure supplies are well-stocked.
• Adhere to all safety procedures, company policies, and quality standards.
• Handle physical tasks including standing for extended periods and lifting objects up to 25 pounds without assistance.

Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is preferred.
• Related Work Experience: Less than 1 year of related work experience is preferred.
• A professional and polished personal appearance and communication style.
• A hands-on approach to work and the ability to manage menu information.
• A passion for delivering thoughtful and gracious service in line with The Ritz-Carlton standards.
• Ability to work on your feet and move over varied surfaces.
• No supervisory experience is required.
