Position: HR Supervisor

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Oversee employee relations, addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
  • Administer compensation and benefit plans.
  • Support training and development initiatives for hotel staff.
  • Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an HR Supervisor or relevant role in the hospitality industry (minimum 2-3 years).
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office.
  • Able to perform under pressure in a fast-paced, service-focused environment.
