Position: Assistant People & Culture Manager
Responsibilities:
- Assist the People & Culture Manager in daily departmental operations.
- Support the implementation of recruitment, training, and employee engagement programs.
- Handle employee onboarding and help maintain a positive workplace culture.
- Assist in ensuring compliance with HR policies and labor regulations.
- Manage HR administrative tasks, including record keeping and reporting.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Human Resources, preferably within the hospitality sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a heart for hospitality.
- A people oriented mindset and a desire to create a supportive work environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with HR functions including recruitment, training, and employee relations.
- Proficient in MS Office and HR information systems.
- A proactive team player committed to professional growth.
