Position: Assistant People & Culture Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the People & Culture Manager in daily departmental operations.
  • Support the implementation of recruitment, training, and employee engagement programs.
  • Handle employee onboarding and help maintain a positive workplace culture.
  • Assist in ensuring compliance with HR policies and labor regulations.
  • Manage HR administrative tasks, including record keeping and reporting.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in Human Resources, preferably within the hospitality sector.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a heart for hospitality.
  • A people oriented mindset and a desire to create a supportive work environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with HR functions including recruitment, training, and employee relations.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR information systems.
  • A proactive team player committed to professional growth.
