Position: Sous Chef

Responsibilities:

• Support the Executive Chef in managing the daily operations of the kitchen.
• Supervise kitchen staff, ensuring high standards of food quality, preparation, and presentation.
• Assist in menu planning, recipe development, and food costing.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen environment in compliance with hygiene standards.
• Manage inventory and ordering of food supplies.

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of work experience in the same position.
• Experienced in the Hotel industry.
• Familiar with the VHP System Program.
• Good communication skills and able to work within a team.
• Good interpersonal skill, fast learner, talented, and works well with pressure.
• No smoking is an advantage.
