Position: Sous Chef
Responsibilities:
- Support the Executive Chef in managing the daily operations of the kitchen.
- Supervise kitchen staff, ensuring high standards of food quality, preparation, and presentation.
- Assist in menu planning, recipe development, and food costing.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen environment in compliance with hygiene standards.
- Manage inventory and ordering of food supplies.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of work experience in the same position.
- Experienced in the Hotel industry.
- Familiar with the VHP System Program.
- Good communication skills and able to work within a team.
- Good interpersonal skill, fast learner, talented, and works well with pressure.
- No smoking is an advantage.
