Position: Assistant Villa Manager
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Assistant Manager or Supervisor in villas or luxury resort accommodations
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team
- In depth knowledge of property management systems (PMS) and front office operations
- A strong focus on guest satisfaction and service excellence
- Excellent organizational and time management capabilities
- Exceptional communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- This position is available for Indonesian nationals only due to work permit limitations
