Position: Assistant Villa Manager

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Assistant Manager or Supervisor in villas or luxury resort accommodations
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team
• In depth knowledge of property management systems (PMS) and front office operations
• A strong focus on guest satisfaction and service excellence
• Excellent organizational and time management capabilities
• Exceptional communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• This position is available for Indonesian nationals only due to work permit limitations
