Position: Hostess (Pre-Opening Sop Buntut Bogor Cafe, Sentul)
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Hostess in a 4 or 5 star hotel restaurant
- Experience in a chain restaurant is preferred
- A welcoming and professional demeanor with excellent guest relations skills
- Ability to manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently
- Passionate, detailed, and able to deliver a high level of customer service from the first point of contact
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
- Ability to handle guest inquiries and requests gracefully
