Position: Catering Head Person
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role within a 4 or 5 star hotel
- Chain hotel experience is preferred
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written, is required
- Strong leadership, analytical, and strategic thinking capabilities
- Passionate, detailed, and self driven, able to deliver high levels of customer service
- Excellent organizational skills for planning and executing catering events
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and event logistics effectively
