Position: Catering Head Person

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role within a 4 or 5 star hotel
• Chain hotel experience is preferred
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written, is required
• Strong leadership, analytical, and strategic thinking capabilities
• Passionate, detailed, and self driven, able to deliver high levels of customer service
• Excellent organizational skills for planning and executing catering events
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and event logistics effectively
