Position: Rooms Division Manager
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience as a Rooms Division Manager or a senior manager in Front Office or Housekeeping
- Strong leadership and organizational skills to oversee all aspects of the Rooms Division
- A deep commitment to guest satisfaction and service excellence
- Proven ability to manage budgets, control costs, and maximize revenue
- Excellent problem solving and decision making abilities
- Proficiency in property management systems (PMS)
- A degree in Hospitality Management is highly desirable
