Position: Rooms Division Manager

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience as a Rooms Division Manager or a senior manager in Front Office or Housekeeping
• Strong leadership and organizational skills to oversee all aspects of the Rooms Division
• A deep commitment to guest satisfaction and service excellence
• Proven ability to manage budgets, control costs, and maximize revenue
• Excellent problem solving and decision making abilities
• Proficiency in property management systems (PMS)
• A degree in Hospitality Management is highly desirable
