Position: Front Office Supervisor
Qualifications:
- Experience as a Front Office Supervisor or senior Guest Service Agent in a luxury hotel
- Strong leadership skills to guide the front office team
- Proficiency in property management systems (PMS) and front office procedures
- Excellent communication and guest relations skills
- Ability to handle guest check ins, check outs, and resolve issues effectively
- A commitment to delivering exceptional service
- Professional appearance and a positive attitude
