Position: Assistant Restaurant Manager ADD

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory capacity within a high volume All Day Dining restaurant in a 5 star resort
• Strong leadership skills with experience in training and managing a diverse service team
• Excellent knowledge of F&B operations, service standards, and inventory control
• Financial acumen with experience in managing costs and driving revenue
• Exceptional guest relations and problem resolution skills
• Passionate about food and beverage trends
• Fluent in English
