Position: Demi Chef de Partie (Pastry/Bakery)
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Commis or Demi Chef in a pastry or bakery section of a 5 star hotel
- Formal culinary training or certification in pastry arts
- Proficiency in preparing a variety of desserts, cakes, pastries, and breads
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and consistency
- Ability to work effectively in a fast paced team environment
- Good understanding of kitchen hygiene and safety practices
- A passion for creativity in the culinary arts
