Position: Demi Chef de Partie (Pastry/Bakery)

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Commis or Demi Chef in a pastry or bakery section of a 5 star hotel
• Formal culinary training or certification in pastry arts
• Proficiency in preparing a variety of desserts, cakes, pastries, and breads
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and consistency
• Ability to work effectively in a fast paced team environment
• Good understanding of kitchen hygiene and safety practices
• A passion for creativity in the culinary arts
