Position: Maintenance Supervisor
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years in a maintenance or engineering role, with supervisory experience.
- Technical diploma or certification in a relevant field.
- Strong knowledge of general building maintenance, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Ability to lead a team of technicians and manage work schedules.
- Great decision making and problem solving skills.
- Outstanding leadership skills.
- Strong ability to motivate staff.
