Position: Maintenance Supervisor

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 3 years in a maintenance or engineering role, with supervisory experience.
• Technical diploma or certification in a relevant field.
• Strong knowledge of general building maintenance, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Ability to lead a team of technicians and manage work schedules.
• Great decision making and problem solving skills.
• Outstanding leadership skills.
• Strong ability to motivate staff.
