Position: Steward & Hygiene Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Supervise the stewarding team to ensure all kitchen areas, equipment, and utensils are clean and sanitized.
- Implement and maintain strict quality control and HACCP standards throughout the culinary operation.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and stewarding equipment, maintaining accurate records.
- Coordinate with the culinary and F&B service teams to ensure a smooth and hygienic workflow.
- Conduct regular hygiene inspections and staff training on sanitation procedures.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar position in an international brand.
- Remote area work experience is preferred.
- Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Proven teamwork, organization and communication skills.
- Ability in keeping inventory record.
- Ability to maintain strict quality control and HACCP standards.
- Ability to work under pressure within deadlines.
- Physical ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
