Position: Chief Engineering

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the entire Engineering department, including maintenance, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive preventive maintenance program for all hotel facilities and equipment.
  • Manage the department’s budget, energy conservation programs, and capital expenditure projects.
  • Ensure all engineering operations are in compliance with safety regulations and brand standards.
  • Train, mentor, and schedule the engineering team to ensure high performance.

Qualifications:

  • Has minimum 3_5 years at 5 star hotel experiences in similar position (for Managerial Level).
  • Strategic and creative mindset.
  • Excellent multitasking and time management skills with the ability to prioritize task.
  • Strong communication skill.
  • Excellent in English both of written and verbal.
  • High motivated and flexible with positive spirit and attitude.
  • Indonesian citizen only.
  • Able to join immediately.
  • Strong technical knowledge of all building systems.
