Position: Chief Engineering
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the entire Engineering department, including maintenance, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive preventive maintenance program for all hotel facilities and equipment.
- Manage the department’s budget, energy conservation programs, and capital expenditure projects.
- Ensure all engineering operations are in compliance with safety regulations and brand standards.
- Train, mentor, and schedule the engineering team to ensure high performance.
Qualifications:
- Has minimum 3_5 years at 5 star hotel experiences in similar position (for Managerial Level).
- Strategic and creative mindset.
- Excellent multitasking and time management skills with the ability to prioritize task.
- Strong communication skill.
- Excellent in English both of written and verbal.
- High motivated and flexible with positive spirit and attitude.
- Indonesian citizen only.
- Able to join immediately.
- Strong technical knowledge of all building systems.
