Position: Assistant IT Manager (Audio Visual – PABX)

Responsibilities:

• Assist the IT Manager in overseeing all hotel IT systems, with a focus on Audio Visual (AV) and PABX.
• Manage, maintain, and troubleshoot all AV equipment for meetings, events, and in_room entertainment.
• Oversee the hotel’s PABX telephone system, including programming and maintenance.
• Provide technical support to hotel guests and staff for IT, AV, and telecom issues.
• Ensure all IT and AV systems are secure and operational.

Qualifications:

• Has minimum 3_5 years at 5 star hotel experiences in similar position (for Managerial Level).
• Strong technical expertise in event Audio Visual systems, networks, and PABX management.
• Strategic and creative mindset.
• Excellent multitasking and time management skills with the ability to prioritize task.
• Strong communication skill.
• Excellent in English both of written and verbal.
• High motivated and flexible with positive spirit and attitude.
• Indonesian citizen only.
• Able to join immediately.
