Position: Assistant IT Manager (Audio Visual – PABX)
Responsibilities:
- Assist the IT Manager in overseeing all hotel IT systems, with a focus on Audio Visual (AV) and PABX.
- Manage, maintain, and troubleshoot all AV equipment for meetings, events, and in_room entertainment.
- Oversee the hotel’s PABX telephone system, including programming and maintenance.
- Provide technical support to hotel guests and staff for IT, AV, and telecom issues.
- Ensure all IT and AV systems are secure and operational.
Qualifications:
- Has minimum 3_5 years at 5 star hotel experiences in similar position (for Managerial Level).
- Strong technical expertise in event Audio Visual systems, networks, and PABX management.
- Strategic and creative mindset.
- Excellent multitasking and time management skills with the ability to prioritize task.
- Strong communication skill.
- Excellent in English both of written and verbal.
- High motivated and flexible with positive spirit and attitude.
- Indonesian citizen only.
- Able to join immediately.
