Position: Restaurant Banquete Manager
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all operations for both the hotel’s restaurants and banquet events.
- Lead, train, and schedule the F&B service and banquet teams to deliver 5_star service.
- Develop strategies to drive revenue in restaurants and manage banquet event execution from start to finish.
- Manage budgets, control costs, and optimize profitability for F&B outlets.
- Ensure seamless coordination between the service team, kitchen, and sales department.
Qualifications:
- Has minimum 3_5 years at 5 star hotel experiences in similar position (for Managerial Level).
- Strategic and creative mindset.
- Excellent multitasking and time management skills with the ability to prioritize task.
- Strong communication skill.
- Excellent in English both of written and verbal.
- High motivated and flexible with positive spirit and attitude.
- Indonesian citizen only.
- Able to join immediately.
- Strong leadership and F&B operational knowledge.
