Position: Restaurant Banquete Manager

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all operations for both the hotel’s restaurants and banquet events.
• Lead, train, and schedule the F&B service and banquet teams to deliver 5_star service.
• Develop strategies to drive revenue in restaurants and manage banquet event execution from start to finish.
• Manage budgets, control costs, and optimize profitability for F&B outlets.
• Ensure seamless coordination between the service team, kitchen, and sales department.

Qualifications:

• Has minimum 3_5 years at 5 star hotel experiences in similar position (for Managerial Level).
• Strategic and creative mindset.
• Excellent multitasking and time management skills with the ability to prioritize task.
• Strong communication skill.
• Excellent in English both of written and verbal.
• High motivated and flexible with positive spirit and attitude.
• Indonesian citizen only.
• Able to join immediately.
• Strong leadership and F&B operational knowledge.
