Position: Financial Controller
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the entire finance and accounting department of the hotel.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and cash flow management.
- Implement and maintain robust internal controls and financial procedures.
- Provide strategic financial analysis and guidance to the General Manager and management team.
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations, tax laws, and Accor standards.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3_5 years of experience as a Financial Controller or Assistant FC in a hotel.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and strategic planning skills.
- Proficient in hotel financial systems (e.g., Accor systems, VHP, etc.).
- In_depth knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and financial reporting.
- Excellent communication skills, fluent in English.
- High integrity and attention to detail.
