Position: Loss & Prevention Officer
Responsibilities:
- Patrol all areas of the hotel property to ensure the safety and security of guests, associates, and assets.
- Monitor surveillance cameras (CCTV) and security systems.
- Respond to all security incidents, emergencies, and alarms promptly.
- Write detailed incident reports and maintain security logs.
- Control access to the property and assist guests with security related inquiries.
Qualifications:
- Experience as a Security Officer or Loss & Prevention Officer, preferably in a hotel.
- Possess a valid security certification (Gada Pratama).
- Knowledge of security procedures, CCTV operations, and emergency response.
- Physically fit and able to stand and patrol for extended periods.
- Strong observation and communication skills.
- Calm under pressure and able to handle difficult situations professionally.
- High level of integrity and honesty.
