Position: Restaurant Manager
Responsibilities:
- Lead the pre opening and launch of the new culinary destination.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve dining excellence.
- Orchestrate seamless daily operations, ensuring precision and high standards.
- Create and maintain unforgettable guest experiences.
- Set new benchmarks for service, style, and performance within the F&B department.
- Drive innovation in culinary offerings and service delivery.
- Build, train, and lead a high performing restaurant team.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager, preferably in a 5 star luxury resort.
- A fearless visionary with a passion for Food & Beverage services.
- Demonstrated strategic excellence and leadership capabilities.
- Unwavering commitment to creating unforgettable guest experiences.
- Ability to orchestrate seamless operations with precision.
- A desire to set new standards for service, style, and performance.

- Experience in a pre opening or restaurant launch environment is highly desirable.
