Position: Housekeeping Assistant Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Executive Housekeeper in managing all daily housekeeping and laundry operations.
  • Supervise and train housekeeping staff, including supervisors and room attendants.
  • Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness standards.
  • Manage inventory of linens, cleaning supplies, and guest amenities.
  • Handle guest requests and resolve any housekeeping related issues promptly.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a housekeeping supervisory role, preferably in a 5 star hotel.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and team management skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in hotel Property Management Systems (PMS).
  • Flexible, empowered, and service oriented.
  • Diploma in Hospitality or related field.
