Position: Human Resources Administrator

Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to the Human Resources department.
• Manage employee data entry, personnel files, and HR documentation.
• Assist with the recruitment process, including posting jobs and scheduling interviews.
• Support the onboarding process for new hires.
• Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies and benefits.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of administrative experience, preferably in an HR department.
• Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Positive attitude and service minded.
• Degree in Human Resources, Administration, or Hospitality is an advantage.
